Wayne is a lifelong resident of the Stirling area. He has supported business owners as a Financial Security Advisor since 1993. Wayne is a co-founder of Active Wealth Management with Glen Vaters, and has been a successful business owner in the industries of both finance and farm machinery. He is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada. Wayne continually strives to provide exceptional service to his clients.

Glen is a lifelong resident of the Quinte area. He has been providing expert financial guidance since 1995. As a co-founder of Active Wealth Management with Wayne Hadley, Glen supports business owners and professionals, both active and retired. Glen obtained his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2004; he’s also a member of the Advocis and the Quinte Estate Planning Council.

Lois has lived in the Stirling area for 30 years. With 23 years of finance experience, she helps professionals and retirees take control of their estates. As an Elder Planning Counselor (EPC), Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA), Certified Health Specialist (CHS) and Certified Executor Advisor(CEA), Lois is an expert in supporting clients in their senior years. She served on the Board of Heart of Hastings Hospice for 7 years. She also serves on the Board of Robin’s Nest Global Child Foundation, which supports orphans in India and Kenya.

Joan has lived in the Belleville area for over 20 years. Although Joan moved from her earlier position of Operational Leader at the Firm to the role of Advisor in 2015, she continues to provide overall support and co-ordination of Active Wealth Management. Joan takes a practical, pragmatic approach to financial management that leads to client success. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University.

Alex started his career with London Life in St. Catharines in 1980 and moved into a management position in Oshawa in 1986. He returned to personal production in 1992 and has lived in the Bobcaygeon area for 23 years. Alex joined Active Wealth Management in 2007. Alex is a past Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is a member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada.

Sharon has lived in Belleville for over 20 years. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years,transitioning to an advisory role in 2014. She joined the Active Wealth Management team in 2015, and provides financial guidance to seniors,self-employed corporate owners, and young economic growers. She believes that growth lies in weekly goals, tied to long-term goals identified by personal mission statements. Sharon is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada.
